The hotel was impeccably clean and popular. I enjoyed it. All the staff was super friendly and solved my issues. - the magnificent and perfect location was next to the Basilica Sagrado Corazon. - It was located in a fairly quiet area right by the churches, the market, the historic center, and good restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The Wi-Fi signal in our second room was much better, and the front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms, although small, were functional and everything worked perfectly - the TV, air conditioning, fan, and more. The location was central and safe during the day, and there was a small restaurant next door that served delicious food at unbelievably affordable prices. the hotel provided great facilities for families and offered excellent value for money.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints at all.
