Villa Florencia features a lovely lobby filled with plants and vintage decor that gives a warm and homey vibe. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. Having a friendly English-speaking staff member at reception made my check-in seamless and stress-free. WiFi worked well, perfect for planning my next steps. I was surprised by the competitive rates. a single room with a fan goes for $13, which is great value. However, I encountered a significant issue with the lack of hot water during my stay. It was disappointing to turn on the faucet expecting warmth, only to be met with cold water instead. Also, the absence of furniture like a desk or chair made it challenging to organize my itinerary comfortably. Finally, noise from the street was noticeable at night, affecting my sleep. While this place is a decent budget pick, improvements in hot water availability and noise insulation would enhance the overall experience.

Charming stay with friendly vibes
The charming decor and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel offers a good price and comfortable beds, which helped me relax after long days of exploration.
However, there was no hot water during my stay, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the neighborhood felt a little rundown, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around late at night by yourself.

Affordable rates make it a budget-friendly choice.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The hot water was non-existent, which made for uncomfortable showers each day. Additionally, the overall cleanliness was lacking, with dirty walls and old furniture detracting from the experience.

Located near the historical center, the atmosphere is charming but the neighborhood has seen better days. While the room was small, the comfortable beds and friendly staff enhanced the experience. However, there was no hot water during the stay, and the lack of nearby activities limits options for exploration. Additionally, the hotel is difficult to find and has minimal amenities, making it better suited for those prioritizing budget over luxury.
